The purpose of the Kelsey and Eden Park ward panel is to agree a realistic and achievable course of action, working with Safer Neighbourhood Team’s, to address the issues raised by the community. To enable true problem solving activities to be effective there should ideally be no more than three ward priorities that the SNT deal with. The ward panel need to meet regularly, about every two to three months. The panel will assess the information collected by police and other sources and consider how to prioritise the concerns of the community.
